This role directly reports to the Construction Manager and emphasizes safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have prior construction experience and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather while using hand tools and operating company vehicles when necessary. This is a vital position supporting essential energy infrastructure throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles
• Assist equipment operators with material movement
• Remove snow and complete ongoing general cleanup
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of construction experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with valuable record
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders
• Grade 10 education or higher preferred
