Job DescriptionSales T&E (Travel & Entertainment) AnalystPlease note:Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.This is a full-time regular opportunity.How You’ll Make an ImpactReporting to the Manager, Sales - Travel & Entertainment (T&E), the Analyst is responsible for gathering all travel and entertainment expenses for the Wholesalers, Inside Wholesalers and Sales Associates and entering them into the Travel and Expense system (Concur) and the contact management system, Salesforce, in a timely and accurate manner.What You Will DoPrepare and remit monthly travel and entertainment expense reports on behalf of the Sales teams.Liaise and build effective relationships with the Sales teams and other internal departments.Build monitoring/trending reports and provide support to Manager, Sales T&E.What We’re Looking for:Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience required.More than 3 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment required.Experience in the financial services/mutual fund industry.IFIC course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.Knowledge of NI 81‑105 is an asset.The Expertise You BringExcellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.Team player and can work independently with various individuals from different business units.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat.Experience with Salesforce is required.Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting with minimal supervision.Total Rewards That Reflect Your ImpactWe believe exceptional work deserves exceptional recognition.
