Help drive innovation at Geotab as a Support Operations Intern, focused on technical and operational support. This full time internship allows you to engage with cutting-edge data analytics and Change Management initiatives.

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in providing Tier 2 support for the Device Adder application and liaising between the Orders and Tier 3 teams. You'll leverage data analysis, KPI tracking, and contribute to knowledge base migration. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide technical support for the Device Adder application • Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams • Monitor and report on system changes' impacts • Assist in KPI tracking and data analysis • Migrate internal knowledge base content to Google Docs

Requirements: • Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL or GBQ • Basic understanding of REST APIs and SDKs • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
