Sanctuary AI is seeking a technical account leader to own enterprise accounts, bridging operations, ML teams, and our Solutions, Deployment, and Research groups. You will sit between customer facilities and our internal teams, translating real work into deployable cells and guiding partnerships. Reporting to the Commercial team, you will manage 1–2 lighthouse projects annually, qualify integrators and technology partners, and shape product direction through structured customer feedback.
