As an integral part of the Food & Beverage team, this role focuses on providing championship service to fans at various events. The successful candidate will be responsible for swift communication with the In-Seat Server and Bartender, ensuring orders are delivered promptly. A friendly demeanor and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with team members to process orders
• Monitor seating area while adhering to Smart Serve principles
• Address inquiries with a knowledgeable and friendly approach
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Comply with Health & Safety standards at all times
Requirements:
• Smart Serve certification required
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Previous food service experience is a plus
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask under pressure
