In this hybrid role, you will oversee the governance landscape, ensuring compliance and effective implementation of medical initiatives. Collaborate with leadership teams and manage internal controls across the division. This position is critical for integrating local governance strategies with global directives, enhancing medical quality and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead medical governance strategies for the Canadian market • Advise leadership on governance frameworks and risk mitigation • Serve as the Canadian representative for global governance initiatives • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement governance changes • Manage risk and monitoring processes for medical division

Requirements: • Degree in healthcare, clinical, or relevant scientific discipline • At least 3 years in medical governance or regulatory roles • Familiarity with medical regulations in Canada • Robust stakeholder influence skills • Proficient in English; French is an asset
