As part of St. Paul's Hospital, your mission is to improve clinical care through effective educational programs for nursing staff. You will utilize your expertise in maternal health to develop and assess training plans, ensuring staff are well-prepared to provide top-notch maternal care. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coaching and mentoring nurses in clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess learning needs for nursing staff education
• Design and implement educational programs for clinical practice




• Provide feedback and support to enhance staff competency
• Support quality improvement initiatives in care
• Review and update training materials regularly
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with the BC College of Nurses
• Minimum of three years in maternity or related nursing
• Experience in educational content development and evaluation
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles
• Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
