The Investment Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis, market research, underwriting, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. Working closely with the Investments team, you'll aid in transaction execution and ongoing asset performance to facilitate informed choices for asset management and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Construct and assess financial models for asset evaluations • Analyze existing portfolio and support dispositions program • Prepare and summarize market analysis and trends • Incorporate third-party findings in investment analyses • Complete due diligence for potential investments
Requirements: • 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience • Post-secondary education in finance, economics, or real estate • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
