Key Responsibilities:



• Provide clinical expertise and resource support to nursing staff • Plan and administer nursing interventions and medications • Ensure client-centered care within an interdisciplinary framework • Perform detailed client assessments and evaluations • Collaborate on care plans with Registered Nurse team members

Requirements: • Registration in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Current BCLS certificate for healthcare providers • Experience in long-term care preferred • Psychogeriatric experience is advantageous • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
