This role reports directly to the COO and supports enterprise-wide operational effectiveness through enhanced partner and internal communications. The Manager will engage with senior leaders in developing impactful communication strategies and ensuring the accuracy of materials across numerous platforms. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in operations or communications is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute communication programs for portfolio managers and partners
• Organize and manage monthly meetings to enhance governance
• Administer LMS and develop training resources




• Oversee regulatory communication processes for compliance
• Analyze operational metrics and support quarterly programs
Requirements:
• Degree in business administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial services
• Canadian Securities Course completion is a plus
• Must be comfortable with various communication tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
