On behalf of our client, Grand River Personnel is recruiting an experienced Industrial Mixer for a food manufacturing facility in KITCHENER.

Shift Availability: Day, Afternoon & Night
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr + 4% vacation pay added to each weekly cheque

Job Responsibilities

- Accurately measure and prepare large quantities of ingredients for cracker production
- Operate industrial blenders and mixing equipment
- Monitor raw materials and supply levels and notify appropriate personnel when replenishment is required
- Follow work orders, product specifications, and production procedures
- Assist the packing department and other production areas as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements





- Previous experience in food production, baking, mixing, or a similar manufacturing environment is an asset
- Strong basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure ingredients
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and follow work orders and recognize product codes
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production workplace
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs.) repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Must have CSA-approved safety footwear
