You will perform inspections, manage bike retrievals, and maintain docking stations. This role involves both independent work and close coordination with the Field Operations team to ensure top-notch service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre and post inspections of rebalancing vehicles
• Retrieve inoperative bicycles efficiently using software
• Inspect and maintain bike docking stations




• Drive various vehicles to redistribute bikes based on demand
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers about bike conditions
Requirements:
• Valid Class G driver's license and clean driver abstract
• Strong multitasking and customer interaction skills
• Excellent knowledge of Toronto's geography
• Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and lift 50 pounds
• Tech-savvy with valuable communication abilities
