Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker provides a range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case coordination services to a primarily adult community mental health and addiction population. The incumbent provides supervision to students in formal clinical practicums.

- Knowledge and skill in community outreach and crisis interventions
