Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain AI chat and voice agents for lead intake
• Design automation scenarios linking website, CRM, and phone
• Write and test prompts for real user interactions




• Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks into workflows
• Monitor quality of conversations and booking success rates
Requirements:
• 2+ years with automation tools, APIs, or AI products
• Experience in prompt engineering for unattended systems
• Solid troubleshooting capabilities with JSON and REST API
• Analytical skills to assess data and implement improvements
• Experience in CRM or VoIP environments is a plus
