Drive innovation in electrical design at Bell as a Lead Electrical Engineer for data centres. This hybrid position allows you to contribute significantly to Canada's AI initiatives and transformative technologies.

In this role, you will bring your extensive 5-10+ years of electrical design experience to support Bell’s national AI Fabric program. You will be responsible for shaping the electrical architecture of robust data centres that handle demanding AI workloads. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure protected and efficient operational standards while achieving excellence in design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:



• Optimize electrical systems for data centre configuration and expansions • Develop load calculations and protective coordination studies • Assess electrical infrastructure models for redundancy and safety • Engage in design reviews and compliance checks • Guide procurement specifications for electrical equipment

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; preferred P.Eng • 5-10+ years in design for mission critical environments • Strong grasp of power distribution and backup systems • Experience with design software such as ETAP and SKM • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
