Ensure pool safety and offer top-tier swim instruction at MNP Community & Sport Centre. Work as an Aquatic Supervisor and Swim Instructor to enhance the guest experience.
In this role, you will supervise swimming sessions and deliver impactful instruction based on Lifesaving Society standards. Efficiently monitor pool activities and ensure the well-being of all visitors while facilitating engaging swim lessons. Your skilled attitude and high standards of customer service will enhance the aquatic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety checks and emergency readiness
• Teach and promote Lifesaving Society swim programs
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards on the pool deck
• Assist with the organization of aquatic special events
• Complete necessary training and development activities
Requirements:
• Lifesaving Society Swim & Lifesaving Instructor Certification required
• Current National Lifeguard Certification and CPR-C
• Strong public relations and communication abilities
• Experience with teamwork in dynamic environments
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
