Shape the future of academic management as the Business Manager for the Faculty of Education and Health at Laurentian University. This full-time position focuses on efficient operations, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration.

In this role, you will report directly to the Dean and take charge of the Faculty’s administrative and financial management. Your expertise will ensure operational excellence while supervising a diverse team and ensuring compliance with various policies. Responsibilities include overseeing course offerings and conducting strategic budget planning to align fiscal resources with academic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide strategic oversight for administrative operations • Collaborate on recruitment and departmental staffing • Manage onboarding and integration of current hires • Coordinate academic planning and course offerings • Track and reconcile budgets for various projects

Requirements: • Three-year college diploma or equivalent • 5-8 years of relevant management experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving capabilities • Bilingual in French and English is required
