• Facilitate Anger Management and similar programs • Lead activities and discussions effectively • Foster participant accountability and goal-setting • Document participant progress and incidents • Manage group dynamics with respect and professionalism

Requirements: • Robust communication and active listening abilities • Experience in managing challenging group behaviours • Familiarity with culturally responsive practices • Commitment to participant dignity and confidentiality • Reliable transportation for travel to program sites
