Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Assess clinical data and resolve queries in a timely manner




• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and site documentation
• Document communications and activities according to SOPs
• Train and support site personnel for audit readiness
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• At least 12 months of relevant monitoring experience
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP Guidelines
• Proficient in computer skills and new technologies
• Willingness to manage frequent travel
