As a Job Coach, you will provide critical life-skill assistance, organizing meaningful outings, and supporting daily activities at home and in the community. Your role will involve promoting independence while ensuring a positive experience for the individual. Paid training in diabetes management and travel reimbursement will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with life-skill development and daily routines
• Accompany to engage in social activities
• Plan and facilitate enjoyable outings
• Support volunteer participation
• Provide encouragement for independence
Requirements:
• Compassionate and responsible demeanor
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Reliable cell phone for timely communication
• Satisfactory completion of security checks
• Availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM
