We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Software Developer to join our global Developer Experience and Release Engineering team. In this role, you will modernize and optimize the developer experience across our build and release ecosystem, while managing the release lifecycle for our flagship suite of applications. This role focuses on evolving our legacy Jenkins‑based build environments into a scalable, hybrid CI/CD ecosystem spanning on‑premise and cloud infrastructure, improving artifact management, integrating with modern software lifecycle tools, and ensuring smooth, well‑governed release processes for major and maintenance updates. You will support our global R&D; teams, who develop cloud and on‑premise software solutions across Windows, Linux, and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities
Build Modernization
Support development teams as they migrate from
Bitbucket Server
and legacy
Windows
and
Linux Jenkins
build machines to
GitHub
and
GitHub Actions
on hosted and self‑hosted runners, ensuring minimal disruption. Improve artifact storage and retrieval processes. Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using
Terraform. Monitor performance, optimize costs, and automate everything that can be automated.

Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure timely and high‑quality releases for a suite of applications: Major releases: 2–3 times per year. Maintenance releases and hotfixes: As needed. Improve release governance, workflows and documentation, automating as much as possible. Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Software Lifecycle Tool Management
Tools include IDEs, AI developer tools (e.g. MCP‑based integrations), issue tracking, code quality, static and dynamic security scanning, software composition analysis, artifact management, multi‑cloud VM lifecycle management. Administer and maintain tools. Connect CI/CD pipelines with tools. Provide business‑hours support to the development teams. Typical requests cover build failures, access requests and general tool‑related questions. Stay current with cloud technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and tooling. Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in Developer Experience, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related roles. Experience with
GitHub Actions, GitHub migration
and Git workflows. Experience with
CI/CD across hybrid environments : on‑premise Jenkins (Linux/Windows agents), GitHub Actions (hosted runners for Android/iOS; self‑hosted runners on AWS EKS). Familiarity with mixed
Linux/Windows
self‑hosted runner architectures Expertise in
containerization
(Docker). Experience with
Kubernetes, ArgoCD
and
Helm . Experience with
hybrid VM lifecycle/provisioning
tools (e.g. HPE Morpheus)
spanning AWS and on‑premise infrastructure. Experience with
AWS IAM
management – users, groups, roles, policies. Familiarity with
software lifecycle tools . Hands‑on experience with
release management processes
for multi‑application environments. Understandingof
CI/CD best practices
and
Infrastructure‑as‑Code
(Terraform, Ansible). Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Comfortable using AI to write software. College or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering program, or equivalent. Nice‑to‑Have
Exposure to or interest in building out
on‑premise self‑hosted runner infrastructure
(Linux/Windows) is an asset. Knowledge of
SOC2 compliance
or other security standards. Familiarity with
monitoring and observability tools
(Prometheus and Grafana). AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect). Soft Skills
Strong organizational and planning skills for managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in a rapid‑paced, evolving environment.
