Take the lead on snow removal operations at the YHU Terminal in Saint-Hubert. We seek a dynamic individual for frontline coordination and leadership during winter weather events.
As the Snow Removal Lead, you will oversee all snow removal processes, schedule team tasks, and communicate with the Operations Control Centre. Your responsibilities will include managing operational priorities based on real-time weather conditions and ensuring a safe work setting for your team. This role blends leadership with hands-on involvement, enabling effective coordination of snow activities at the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage snow removal team operations during assigned shifts
• Assign equipment and personnel based on conditions




• Monitor snow accumulation and surface conditions continuously
• Communicate priorities and hazards to the snow removal agents
• Provide on-the-ground support and operate snow equipment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (Class 5, 1 or 3 preferred)
• Experience in snow removal and airport operations
• Leadership and coordination experience highly valued
• Bilingual in French and English a significant asset
