GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE You will deliver excellent front line customer experiences by providing information to the public, searching programs, processing registrations, and selling day passes/memberships in person and over the phone, collecting payments and assisting with related administrative responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Previous customer service training, experience, and cash handling experience is desirable. Knowledge of recreation software, and Microsoft business tools (Excel and Word) would also be beneficial.

All employees will be available to work at any North Vancouver Recreation & Culture location. All candidates are required to submit a Police Information Check as a condition of employment.

HOURLY RATE: The pay for this unionized auxiliary position starts at step 1, $25.22 and ranges up to $29.48 per hour (2024 rates), plus 12% in lieu of benefits.

HOURS OF WORK: Involves shift work that include days, evenings and/or weekends with no guarantee of hours.

Preference given to those with availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
