Prepare and validate payroll through Nethris

Manage timesheets, Records of Employment, and accounting entries

Prepare and submit T4, Relevé 1, source deductions, and CNESST filings

Track and process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and credit card management

Manage tax reports

Optimize accounting processes

Use AI to automate low-value-added tasks

Track rents and tenant deposits

Manage property tax and school tax payments

Support the management and accounting of condominium syndicates

Send and understand legal documents and coordinate them with billing

Work under the supervision of the Financial Controller

Provide support to real estate operations

Requirements

Education in accounting

3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience

Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables

Proficiency in Nethris, QuickBooks, and the Microsoft Office suite

Ability to prepare and validate payroll

Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Experience with month-end closings and bank reconciliations

Robust attention to detail and ability to resolve reconciliation discrepancies

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Strict commitment to confidentiality

Strong organizational skills





Interest in artificial intelligence and automation

Multi-entity experience is an asset

Fluency in French and English is an asset
