Key Responsibilities:



• Develop course content aligned with instructional design principles • Evaluate and synthesize source materials for learning objectives • Communicate effectively with team members and clients • Lead projects while adhering to established budgets • Review and provide constructive feedback on team deliverables

Requirements: • Minimum five years of experience in elearning • Experience with LMS and SCORM standards • Ability to troubleshoot design-related technical issues • Solid portfolio of previous elearning projects • Excellent written communication skills
