Support Business Development Directors and Principals with lead generation, appointment setting, sales closing, follow-up and monitoring of business development matters.Ensure prospect priorities are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.Report proactively on prospect status to the Client Services Team Leader.Make outgoing customer and cold calls to sell products and services.Arrange meetings for Directors and Principals with prospective clients.Enter customer information accurately and efficiently into Salesforce.Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with them.Assist sales colleagues with arranging customer meetings and sales calls.Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback.Maintain thorough and current knowledge of Ryan's products and services and industry developments.Work closely with the Business Development team to create and manage sales campaigns.Requirements2 years sales or telemarketing, ideally in a role selling to the finance and tax teams.Understanding of Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel and Word.Use of CRM tools, ideally Salesforce,
