This contractual position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Co-op in the Faculty of Engineering. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the student placement process, handling the job competition, and maintaining essential databases. Key Responsibilities:



• Support various administrative tasks within the office • Co-manage placements for approximately 1,000 students • Coordinate job postings and interview scheduling • Update and maintain the ECEO database (Orbis) • Provide guidance to other administrative staff

Requirements: • 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience • Completed university coursework in business or a related field • Experience with student administrative systems • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and database management • Knowledge of university policies and procedures
