Ginza Ichiban Cuisine is located at Rita Rd., Quesnel, BC V2J 0C2. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Japanese (sushi) cook. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail or mail.

Position: Cook
Wages: CAD$25.00-29.00/hour (depending on skills and experience)
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: hours/week
Advantages: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook Japanese sushi food items (Sashimi, Sushi, Maki, Roll, etc.) in cooperation with the rest of the staff;
Maintain inventory and records of food;
Oversee kitchen operation;
Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school;




Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required.
Skills demonstration may be required.
