As a full time technician reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you'll engage in hands-on network maintenance and be the go-to technical resource for network construction and support. Ideal candidates will bring experience in IP networking, power systems, and telecom construction as well as exceptional problem-solving skills to every challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance of Xplore's fibre and 5G networks
• Collaborate proactively with support teams
• Manage various projects while meeting deadlines




• Leverage knowledge of telecom systems and safety standards
• Work on communications tower site upkeep
Requirements:
• At least 1-year experience or a relevant diploma
• Valid Driver’s License essential
• Background in fibre optic network maintenance
• Familiarity with networking technologies necessary
• Ability to work outdoors regardless of conditions
