Our client, a leading distribution center in the logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Delta, BC
Pay Range: $24.00/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
1 year Contract

What's the Job?

- Operate high-reach forklift safely and efficiently to support daily warehouse activities.
- Pick and stage customer orders accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform replenishment and inventory movement throughout the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and transport products within the facility using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols.

What's Needed?

- Minimum 5 years of experience operating a high-reach forklift preferred.
- Strong background in warehouse operations and order-picking processes.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs as required.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety practices.
