like-minded people Meaningful work — transforming homes in your own community Full-time and part-time positions available REQUIREMENTS Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle High school diploma or equivalent Some hands‑on work experience is a bonus — but not required (we train you) Full-time commitment: 40–50 hours per week during the season Solid communication skills Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable above all else RESPONSIBILITIES Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem‑solving on site Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses We’re transforming homes across Durham Region — Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa, Brooklin, and Courtice — and we want people who take pride in the work they produce.
