This full time contractor role is set to continue until March 31, 2027, under the supervision of the Anishinaabe Aadziwin Supervisor. Candidates should possess a college diploma in Social Services or Native Studies along with three years of experience in social services organizations. Your role is vital in bridging cultural practices with community needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate direct cultural support to the community • Assist in developing cultural service practices • Collaborate on community initiatives promoting culture • Engage with the Anishinaabe Aadziwin Supervisor effectively • Provide indirect assistance in cultural events and activities
Requirements: • Education in Social Services or Native Studies • Minimum three years' relevant experience • Understanding of Anishnawbek culture and teachings • Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver's Licence required • Pass a Criminal Records Check
