The YMCA of Southern Interior BC is seeking a Community Program Support Worker (Youth Worker) to assist in the morning delivery of the Back on Track program for youth aged 12-17 in Penticton, BC. You will support homework, create a safe space, and help youth reflect and engage with learning.

Part time role with a competitive hourly wage of $19.22 and complimentary YMCA membership. Training is provided, and you will report to the Manager, Community Programs at YMCA Penticton.
