Key Responsibilities: • Provide litigation services to iA Financial Group and subsidiaries • Draft pleadings, motions,



and mediation briefs • Represent at court proceedings and mediations • Negotiate claims and resolve disputes effectively • Offer legal opinions and conduct legal research

Requirements: • Law Degree (LLB or JD) and licensed with Law Society of Ontario • 5 to 10 years of insurance litigation experience • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills • Excellent oral and written communication • Agility in managing competing priorities
