or by spot,arc or oxyacetylene welding Prepare sketchesand diagrams; estimates material requirements for specific jobs; recommendsgauge of sheet metal Keep minorrecords and performs straightforward administrative tasks Meet all DOT,internal & customer quality requirements Assist intraining, directing & supervision of junior employees and apprentices,inspecting and certifying their work Work safely& efficiently with minimal supervision Estimate andplan work on time & on budget Repair, assembleand fabricate parts and components from drawings, Engineering Masters, processsheets & repair manuals Use all phrasesof manufacturing or repair, including but not limited to cutting, shearing,pin-routing, CNC routing, CNC programming, deburring, forming, pressing, handworking, heat treating, painting, plating, welding, spot-welding, tooling orjig manufacturing, painting (limited to as required basis for Repair &Overhaul; Division) repair or setup & testing Maintain a cleanwork area, & alert Supervisor of any safety concerns Dismantle,inspect, record discrepancies, recommend & record methods of repair
