Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries through phone, digital, and in-person communication
• Check in students and prepare lesson schedules




• Resolve account matters and communicate with guests
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk and other areas
• Act as a GSS ambassador to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
