This full time role involves maintaining and controlling the Compendium of Policies and Procedures and various training materials. As a key member of the Documentation Department, you will liaise with document owners, review changes for accuracy, and ensure all documents meet high standards before distribution. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our safety and risk management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Compendium of Policies and Procedures documents
• Control company training programs and presentations




• Review documentation for adherence to company standards
• Liaise with document owners for guidance on documentation
• Distribute CPP documents to relevant software systems
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in administration or related field
• Post-secondary education in document or office administration
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Detail-oriented with effective time management
• Must provide a clear criminal background check
