This current position is pivotal for overseeing HR policies and procedures across five locations. You will the go-to partner for managers on talent acquisition and employee issues, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace. Regular store visits will allow you to assess and support staff development while implementing training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Lead and coordinate recruitment across all stores
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs




• Conduct performance evaluations for store managers
• Monitor employee retention and talent development efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in HR or people management
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing staff concerns
• Experience with recruitment and hiring processes
• Communication proficiency in documentation
• Clean Ontario driver's license and driving capability
