Support student learning at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School as a Substitute Classroom Teacher. Uphold classroom procedures and facilitate individualized instruction across grade levels.
This role involves following detailed plans left by the teacher of record under the general supervision of the School Principal. The substitute will ensure a safe and effective learning setting while promoting Catholic identity. Responsibilities include curriculum development, student supervision, and classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow lesson plans and deliver classroom instruction
• Conduct assessments and adjust teaching methods
• Maintain accurate records of student performance
• Encourage parental involvement in education




• Supervise students outside the classroom during school activities
Requirements:
• Texas State Certification as an Elementary Teacher
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related discipline
• Experience in teaching preferred for relevant grade levels
• Knowledge of current teaching methods and curriculum
• Strong communication skills with students and parents
