Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Book and schedule equipment rentals Help customers choose the right equipment for their projects Prepare rental agreements and paperwork Respond to email and online inquiries Coordinate deliveries and pickups Follow up on rentals and returns Support daily office operations (receiving pallets and packages) What We’re Looking For





Positive attitude and strong communication skills Dependable and willing to learn Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment Takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion Enjoys working as part of a team Experience No experience required — we’re happy to train the right person. We’re looking for someone interested in long-term growth, not just a job. Must be able to understand and speak English very well. What Success Looks Like (After 90 Days)
