As a Service Technician, you will report to the Service Supervisor, focusing on diagnosing and fixing ATM issues. Your role covers the staging and installation of ATMs, conducting training sessions, and ensuring all machines operate smoothly. Key attributes include strong technical skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:



• Stage and program ATM terminals for operation • Install and uninstall ATMs at customer sites • Provide basic operation training for recent clients • Troubleshoot issues via phone support • Conduct maintenance visits for unresolved problems

Requirements: • Two years’ experience in electronics repair • Valid driver’s license and clean driving history • Must pass a criminal and credit background check • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely
