Job Title: Aircraft MechanicJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled aircraft mechanics to undertake heavy maintenance on Dash 8 aircraft. This position requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Perform heavy maintenance on Dash 8 aircraft.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized hangar space.
- 5+ years of aircraft mechanic experience.
- 5+ years of experience with heavy maintenance on Dash-8 and Challengers.
- Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and repair.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Possession of M1/M2 licenses is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean hangar space with multiple aircraft. While the temperature can drop when hangar doors are open, it remains comfortable. The team consists of 80 production staff and 10 contractors, fostering a multicultural environment. The workplace is unionized, promoting harmony and collaboration. The dress code requires safety boots, black or navy cargo pants, a t-shirt, and safety glasses. Flexibility is required for both day (7 AM - 3:30 PM) and afternoon (2:30 PM - 11 PM) shifts.
