Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and open recent legal files,



conducting conflict checks • Create and proofread court documents and correspondence • Manage appointment scheduling and trial arrangements • Prepare monthly billing statements and account reconciliation • Support team with paralegal and legal assistant tasks

Requirements: • Completed paralegal or legal administration program • 4+ years experience as a Family Law paralegal • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills • Ability to work both independently and within a team • High confidentiality and professionalism
