Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage advanced 3D surfaces and grading models
• Produce plan-and-profile sheets and detailed sections
• Generate quantities and material takeoffs from models




• Quality-check drawing sets for accuracy and completeness
• Support civil design initiation from surveys to final drawings
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Civil 3D modelling
• Genuine fluency in grading and terrain modelling
• Robust grasp of CAD standards and quality control
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex tasks
• Exposure to municipal drafting standards preferred
