About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and certified Remote Virtual Fitness Coach to join their expanding online health and wellness platform. This role focuses on providing personalized fitness guidance, motivation, and support to clients exclusively through digital channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating tailored online training plans, conducting virtual one-on-one sessions, and engaging clients effectively through various communication technologies, playing a key role in helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop personalized online fitness and training programs based on client assessments and goals.
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions via video conferencing, providing real-time feedback and motivation.
- Monitor client progress through digital check-ins, app tracking, and regular communication.
- Educate clients on exercise techniques, nutrition basics, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure engagement and adherence.




- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in online fitness coaching and wellness.

Requirements

- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA).
- Proven experience as a fitness coach, preferably with online or virtual clients.
- Excellent knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology, and nutritional principles.
- Proficiency with online coaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and fitness tracking apps.
- Solid communication, empathy, and motivational skills tailored for remote interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client base remotely.
