Mosaic is offering an exciting chance for a Brand Ambassador to showcase products directly to consumers. You will work part-time, primarily on weekends, to build connections and provide memorable sampling experiences. Training will be provided, and scheduling is based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer product samples and promote key brands
• Respond to customer inquiries with detailed information
• Meet targets while ensuring engaging customer service
• Prepare and serve food samples to shoppers
• Keep the sampling area organized and clean
Requirements:
• Valid Smart Serve Certification and Food Handler Certificate required
• Must be available Thursday through Sunday
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have smartphone access for reporting tasks
