You will be responsible for aligning fundraising goals with operational strategies across mail, phone, and face-to-face campaigns. Key Responsibilities:



• Design and implement direct mail and telemarketing campaigns • Oversight of $3M+ expense management • Monitor campaign performance and compliance standards • Lead end-to-end execution of fundraising initiatives • Foster cross-functional collaboration within the organization

Requirements: • Degree in marketing, communications, or business • Over 5 years of direct response fundraising experience • Proven ability in managing large budgets • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience with donor database systems, especially Raiser’s Edge
