This role requires delivering short-term, solution-focused counseling primarily through in-person sessions while navigating personal and professional challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients through workplace stress and anxiety




• Maintain accurate clinical documentation promptly
• Coordinate with ComPsych’s clinical processes for continuity
Requirements:
• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field
• Minimum of 3 years post-master's clinical experience
• Highest-level professional accreditation or registration
• Active professional liability insurance coverage
• Recent resume or CV is required
