We're hiring a Level 1/1.5 IT Support Technician for a 6-month onsite contract to provide front-line technical support across the organization. Working closely with the IT team, you'll troubleshoot day-to-day technology issues, support employee onboarding and equipment setup, and help deliver a seamless user experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Who You Are You're a motivated IT support qualified with a strong interest in hands-on desktop support and end-user experience. You approach technical issues with a calm, methodical mindset and communicate clearly with users at all levels of technical comfort.
