In this vital role from 11 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday, you will handle member inquiries and promote an engaging atmosphere at Planet Fitness. Your dedication to member satisfaction will help create memorable experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assist with membership inquiries and functions
• Promote our values by connecting on the fitness floor
• Facilitate retail transactions with accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the club effectively
Requirements:
• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills necessary for membership tasks
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable
• Strong communication and motivational skills
